State-of-the-art finger-jointing system with a standard press length of 9.75 m (32 feet), ideal for STUDS manufacturing.

For best results, we strongly recommend adding a wane-up system and a CRP180 short block feeder to this system, as shown in the illustration.

DESCRIPTION

Designed specifically for short blocks at the infeed and for stud production from 50 mm x 75 mm [2 x 3] to 50 mm x 150 mm [2 x 6]. It includes an in line continuous press [crowder] and a flying saw. With an input of up to 180 lugs per minute and an output of up to 122m [400 ft] per minute.
